The bathroom setup was strange. the sink was actually in the bedroom area, not the bathroom itself. i had to walk across the room with wet hands after washing them, not ideal. also, the closet space was rather limited. It was hard to store my clothes without them getting wrinkled. i think the room could benefit from a redesign to make better use of the space available.

every staff member was very kind and helpful. the room had enough space and i liked all amenities. you can even buy the room fragrance that is the same as the lobby's (i found this a lovely touch).

my room was quite dark. there were no towel racks in the bathroom for wet towels or a fan (this made drying a bit difficult).

the staff were amazing. they offered a warm welcome and were helpful. my room was very clean, with a super clean bathroom and a nice view (the rooftop is a highlight!). the hotel's focus on sustainability is great and i loved the wine and cheese hour.

the basin for washing your hands is in the living room (a little bit inconvenient).

the reception team provided a super friendly and helpful service throughout my stay. their professional excellence stood out and i found them very accommodating. they suggested nearby cafés and sights, really convenient.

the complimentary wine and cheese every evening was a treat i enjoyed. also the rooftop pool offered fine city views i appreciated the coffee machine in the lobby providing free coffee to go.

my room was not very soundproof i could hear noises from the hallway. additionally i found the lighting in the room quite dim it made reading difficult
